Green Acres L.S. is a company that aims to revolutionize the way the lawn maintenance industry does business. Truth is, there are a million and one companies that are out to conduct business in this field. Alot of those companies are one individual or a team of a few people. Some companies are full of crews. Each one of these have a difference in varied skills to varied ways of how they conduct business. There are many prices in this line of work. Some will value themselves low, some high. And with that, some will perform the amount of work that is just enough, and some will put in the kind of work that leaves you very happy. This separates, the mow and go teams from the teams or persons that take extreme pride in their work. Each setup has their pros, and each has their cons. A crew will be on the property for much less time, can accomplish more in any set amount of time, but is subject to more external factors, such as call outs or people getting fired or change on leadership (or management).  Individuals or small teams will be more prone to taking alot more pride in their work, focus on going above and beyond for the client, be more aware of what's going on with the property and what the plan is and what the client's expectations are every time, but will be spending much more time at a given property. Having a one man or two man team is more the likely going to get you a delayed service should one fall ill, but will not affect the quality of your service when picked back up. A crew that is short handed, will still have to meet the high demand for quantity of accounts to do, and will speed through the service, doing what they can to ensure they finish as close as possible to the regular time, albeit not missing the service day.

If you go for a big company with crews, they will need to keep people employed so they can keep their stars especially. This means they rely on year round income. This type of servicing works well for the few. But what about the majority? Everyone could use year round income, but when it comes to lawn maintenance, it just isn't always practical. The biggest needed months for lawn maintenance are going to be May through September, that's it. October through December will be slower month's and yard services for the holidays. But that's if you'd need it to be on a plan. Otherwise, October through April might as well be just like getting a hair cut. When you need it, you need it. Call, make an appointment, and will see you when its time. This usually will put your service quantities way below the big companies, saving you much money if you would prefer to save the money.

So realize what exactly your lawn service goals are, what your needs are, and see if they align with a big company or a individual or small team. 

Pay As You Go servicing means you can just pay per visit and call it quits when you need to, or not worry about missed services. Things happen for both parties, and sometimes the schedule cannot be adhered to. This offers much flexibility for both parties, and reduces any tension possibilities.

If you are a person who values saving money month to month, because of limited finances or other reasons, then having the option to go with an annual payment agreement will help reduce the load of money going out each month. This also provides a consistent and known payment amount that doesn't change each month. Paying this way has its perks, but also makes things more challenging upon a disagreement or need to cancel. 

So where do we lie in the spectrum? Green Acre's believes in one to two man teams, not 3 or 4 man crews. Having a more personalized experience seems to be more valuable then having 10 or 20 minute service times.
