Each referral earns 1 reward. Rewards accumulate in the customer's account and can be redeemed max 1 per month. Example: A customer who refers 3 neighbors banks 3 rewards, redeemable over the next 3 months.

1. Customer finds their referral code in their portal
2. They share the code with a neighbor
3. Neighbor enters the code during signup
